Offer Description
Clinical characterization of patients diagnosed with HER2 positive metastatic cancers (mainly but not exclusively, breast and stomach cancers) who maintain a long-lasting response (generally longer than 36 months) with the same anti-HER2 agent (trastuzumab, trastuzumab-deruxtecan, trastuzumab-emtansine). Molecular tests (immunohistochemistry, next generation sequencing, gene expression profiling, etc) will be performed on the available tissue samples in order to identify biological factors with a predictive role for long responsders.
